I have been through many different problems with food, exercise and body shape in the past, and after I had children these problems raised their ugly head again for some time. I don’t consider myself skinny or fat, I am average sized. I wear a U.K 14 in jeans, trousers, skirts etc but a U.K 14 to 16 in tops as I have a large chest size.
